Oakes Insurance to the rescue..........

The 6th form football team from Long Eaton School had reached the last 32 out of 600 in The National Cup and were having to borrow their PE teachers 3rd team kit to play in. The lads were embarrassed to turn up in a borrowed kit so a request was made for donations or sponsorship for a kit befitting of their achievements and which would add that extra motivation. The boys had worked tirelessly to arrive at this point and the school are very proud of their achievements.

After returning from holiday, Richard Oakes read the email request and immediately offered to buy a new kit.

The lads have taken delivery and the photograph shows a very happy and proud team.
